Deadpool Isn't The First Rated "R" Comic Book Movie

All this talk of Deadpool being inappropriate for children, which it is, brings to mind all the other comic book movies. Deadpool is far from being the first rated R "hero" film.
What are your thoughts? Did you see the film? Would you ignore the R rating and take children to see it?
When I saw it opening night there were at least 6 children in the theater that looked under the age of 9.

Sad day today as I just found out about the passing of Kevin Corcoran. He was huge child star in Disney films. I grew up watching Swiss Family Robinson and Old Yeller. Not only was he in many Disney films, but he was also in television episodes for Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color.

This past has been going around facebook for awhile. In Frozen, when Anna goes to Wandering Oaken's Trading Post, there is a family in the sauna which Oaken brings light to by saing "Ooohoo, hi family" and waves to the people in there. Dumbo The Flying Elephant opened almost 1 month after Disneyland opened. It was originally located over by Village Haus Restaurant, but was relocated to it's present location in 1983. It replaced The Chicken Of The Sea Pirate Ship Restaurant.
