Q: I have the 3 day pass card from a friend. It was his but he doesn't want to use it for the 3rd time so he gave it to me. It has his signature on the back of the card but he says they never check it. They just scan the card and he walks right in. Has anyone else done this? I'm nervous to go and then get stopped and not be able to get in.

A: You can use the 3rd day of your friends ticket. Giving a pass to someone else to finish is common. Make sure it is within 13 days of his first day there. I never signed the back of mine so it never really mattered. In fact, after you get inside to the season pass center and upgrade the 3 day hopper pass for a season pass. The 3 day pass should say about $186 on the back of it (some vary). They use the $186 toward the cost of the $329 for a one year pass. So you would only pay $146 for a one year pass. If you pay for parking, take that parking stub with you and they will deduct the $14 from your annual parking pass if you want to add it. This is what I do every year to get my season pass if I don’t renew through the mail.
